Moderation
Posts made to the Freedom Dreaming: A Call to Imagine project are moderated to ensure that no spam or hateful content is added to the website. We feel that anger and frustration are allowed (and encouraged) to be expressed within Freedom Dreams submissions, however posts should never threaten harm or violence towards another for any reason or specifically on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, or disability. The Freedom Dreaming: A Call to Imagine team reserves the right to remove hateful and harmful posts as needed on the website. If you see anything that you feel should be removed, or would like something you posted to be deleted, please feel free to reach out and contact us at (email address).
Privacy Notice
General Terms
The Freedom Dreaming team understands the importance of your privacy rights. We are committed to transparency and disclosure of the ways in which we use personal and non-personal information. Our goal is to be as minimally intrusive as possible, but also to be transparent about the way we do use your information.
The material you submit to the site will be made public. In addition, there may be links to independent web sites outside of the CUNY Academic Commons and we are not responsible for the privacy policies of other web sites. We will take all reasonable measures to protect the integrity of private communication on the Site. However even protected sites can be subject to illegal hacking, technological glitches, user misconduct, and administrative errors, and we assume no liability for any of these actions or occurrences or their results.
As an added privacy measure all users are welcome to post anonymously to our site. In addition if at any point you would like your submission taken off our site contact us at freedomdreamingDH@gmail.com to have your submission removed.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You can do the following at any time by contacting us via freedomdreamingdh@gmail.com:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We have security measures in place for this site to protect it against loss, corruption and alteration of the information under our control.
